The Jamesway PX Hatcher is designed incorporating the same air flow pattern used in the Multi-Stage Incubator. With Jamesway's pressure exhaust (PX) feature, there is no need for a blower or auxiliary damper motor, reducing electricity consumption while maintaining a more balanced environment. The result is greater uniformity in Hatcher temperature and humidity and greater consistency in air velocity, creating the highest quality hatch.
The precisely controlled environmental system of Jamesway's PX Hatcher ensures that each egg receives the proper mixture of heat, moisture and carbon dioxide, resulting in an increased production of higher quality day-old birds.
The PX Hatcher is equipped with Jamesway's dependable PS500 controls, engineered for simplicity and reliability, based on proven years of experience with incubation systems. The PS500 controls allow for regulation of temperature and humidity and provide complete indication of the status of all systems and alarms, to produce the highest quality hatch. The PS500 controls are easy to use and the high contrast digital LED readouts and status indicators quickly inform the reader of all critical machine functions.
