Jamesway Incubator Company Inc. is a Canadian Company that operates a manufacturing facility in South Western Ontario, Canada.  We manufacture Poultry Incubation Equipment.

We are currently looking for an Area Sales Manager to manage our Middle East, Africa, and Turkey Sales Territories. In this role, you will have no direct reports, and will be expected to service existing clients and agents, expand our distribution network, open new doors, and deliver sales presentations to potential clients. You will also be responsible for direct selling to clients and also assist agents/distributors in presenting and selling the company products. You will prepare project and parts quotations for clients as well as manage the installation support by interfacing with various internal departments in Canada. Attending various trade shows to promote and sell our products will also be required.

We are seeking an individual who is located in Turkey, the Middle East, Northern Africa or Canada.  They should have at least 15 years sales experience in the poultry industry, poultry farms, breeders, and or equipment manufacturing. The individual must speak English, Arabic, and Turkish.  The ability to speak French and knowledge of HVAC would be considered an asset.

Jamesway is excited to announce the appointment of Christopher Omiecinski as Managing Director of FPS Beijing Co., Ltd., headquarters for our manufacturing facility in China.  This appointment signals Jamesway's dedication to building a strong er presence in the Chinese marketplace.

Chris previously held the position of Jamesway's International Sales Director.  Chris brings a background of engineering, sales and sales management to this new position.  Chris came from the IT sector and has extensive international experience, especially in Asia.

Chris will work from the FPS Beijing office where he will drive the actions for Jamesway to continue our strong relationships within the Chinese and Asian markets.

Aviagen, Inc. and Jamesway Incubator Company Inc., two global companies dedicated to servicing and supporting the poultry industry, came together to host their first joint hatchery seminar aimed at sharing knowledge and best practices with customers.  More than 35 enthusiastic hatchery managers and personnel gathered on August 29, 2012, at the Jamesway facility in Cambridge, Ontario, for a full day of continuing education in hatchery techniques, hatch profiles, and innovative approaches to ensure quality hatch and healthy chicks.

Participants, who hailed from five Canadian provinces, were eager to learn about the updates in equipment technology, the specifics of hatching high-yield birds, and profiles for optimizing hatch.

Aviagen, Inc.’s participation captivated the audience with topics that included needs of a developing embryo, critical value of egg turning, and calibration for perfection and egg storage.  Our highly qualified hatchery specialist team was led by Dr. Dinah Nicholson, global manager of hatchery development and support; she was joined by incubation specialists Eddy Van Lierde and Guo Jun as well as Dr. Steven Tullett, a hatchery consultant on behalf of Aviagen.

The Jamesway contribution was led by Area Sales Manager Daniel Ferrari and augmented by Jerry Garrison, consultant/technical advisor, Sales Engineering Manager Victoria Frail, and Installation/Technical Services Manager Linet Price, who spearheaded discussions on the latest incubation techniques and equipment updates.  Mr. Dominic Babineau, vice president of International Development at Soteck also discussed waste management with the attendees.

The day concluded as Dr. Nicholson led the group in a case study involving a real-world scenario in problem solving which lead to insights and solutions that participants could incorporate at their hatcheries to improve production.

This seminar, however, marks the first time that our companies have held a joint customer seminar and technical exchange summit for our teams,” said Daniel Ferrari. “The response from participants has been very positive.”

Jamesway Incubator Company welcomes a new agent, Ganong International Co. Ltd., to their global sales force.  Ganong will provide sales and service support to Jamesway’s customers in South Korea.

Shandong Yisheng chose Jamesway Incubator Company’s Platinum incubation equipment for their newest hatchery.  The 72 - P120 Incubators and 36 - P40 hatchers will be installed in two phases both of which should be completed later this year. 

This new hatchery has an annual capacity of 150.9 million eggs and is the largest of 10 projects so far completed in China by Jamesway since its startup of operations in Beijing in 2009. This latest Yisheng project includes state of the art HRS (Heat Recovery system) technology that allows for even more energy savings.
