Jamesway's easy-to-handle egg flats help protect against breakage and
contamination from the moment the eggs leave the farm.


The flats are constructed of a special resilient polypropylene material that gently cushions eggs to protect against breakage. This material is also highly intolerant to micro-organisms, and easy to clean and disinfect as well.

Egg flats are available in seven capacities to suit your specific hatchery
requirements: 36, 42, 77, 84 and 168 for chicken; 25 and 30 for turkey and duck. In most cases, different sized flats can be used in combination in Jamesway incubators, or flats may be isolated to individual incubators.

Jamesway's new 168-egg flat has been engineered to save time and labor. The flat has been designed to reduce egg cracking by utilizing a uniform pocket size and eliminating stacking posts. The 168-egg flat occupies an entire incubator egg tray frame and incorporates a new handle design, saving labor and cutting costs by eliminating the need for transfer pallets.
