Guardian HVAC Controls - Improving Hatch Rates
The Guardian HVAC Controls system has been designed by our ventilation
engineers at Jamesway with the modern poultry hatchery in mind. This
system allows the hatchery manager complete control of his environmental
control system throughout the hatchery.
The system is comprised of a computer which runs the software, a sensor "pack" to provide any combination of temperature, humidity and/or pressure, a controller which is the hardware that reads sensors and drives outputs, and a secondary display panel.
Programming is "non-volatile"; it resides in the controller and operates independently of the computer. (If the controller is turned "off", the process continues to run using the last set points entered.) Programming can be edited and configured on-line with no interruption of the process.

| Guardian Computerized Ventilation Software | The software interface for a PC is a very useful tool to log and graph data. The software operates in any "Microsoft Windows" environment (95, 98, NT, 2000, XP). The computer terminal displays Jamesway custom graphics, and is dynamic; all screens are intuitive and user-friendly, depicting objects that change as values change.
