This line of equipment is tailored to meet the incubation requirements of “TODAY
AND TOMORROW’S GENETICS”. They have a clean, sleek design with no wires,
piping or obstacles to get in your way. This makes cleanup a lot easier and gives
you the added benefit of better bio-security.
The centre control console
houses all electronics and plumbing allowing easy maintenance and servicing. The
user interfaces with the machine by using the built-in touch screen. This display
is a leading edge touch screen with simple icons, making it easy to operate.
The
PLATINUM SERIES Single Stage offers two innovative features, a dehumidifier and
adjustable fan speed. The dehumidifier is available for the incubator and removes
excess moisture without letting in outside air. The variable speed fans are programmable.
Depending upon the requirement during the incubation cycle, fan speed can be increased
or decreased.

 | | The
Platinum incubators have an optional dehumidifier that removes excess moisture
from the air. This allows independent control of humidity without affecting CO2,
especially when the damper is closed. Low humidity level and a high CO2 level,
which is impossible with traditional controls, is now obtainable. With the dehumidifer,
you can leave the damper closed, reduce humidity and have precise CO2 control. |

Jamesway Platinum Series of machines now have variable fan speeds. Not only can
you change the fan speeds, but also select any of four different time intervals
in which to make the changes. During standby, when the machine is being used to
maintain egg room conditions, the variable fans can meet the gentle air flow requirement
and do so with reduced energy consumption. |
 | | The
newly designed Environmental Control Unit (ECU) improves both the quality and
uniform distribution of fresh air. The intake draw has been improved, making the
machine’s fresh air supply less dependent on room pressure. Increased height
of the fresh air intake prevents floor dust from being drawn into the machine.
Compact and easy to clean, the ECU can be transported into the machine from either
side. Once in place the collapsible dolly can be removed and stored. |
