Jamesway's PT-100 provides complete control of all aspects of each incubation system at the machine or from a remote console.

Jamesway’s PT-100 Microprocessor Control System provides an accurate means of regulating temperature and humidity, as well as a complete indication of the status of all systems and alarms.

The PT-100 utilizes a platinum probe—the most accurate temperature sensing device in the industry—to provide readings that are up to 10 times more accurate than conventional measuring devices. Engineered for reliability and flexibility, the PT-100 provides the operator with complete control of all aspects of each incubation system from the machine or from a remote computer console.

Closely monitoring and maintaining the environment within an incubator or hatcher translates into the production of healthy birds and the maintenance of high hatchability.


PT-100 System Features

•	Adjustable temperature and humidity set points, easily fine tuned by thumb-wheel dials on each machine’s indicator panel or by using Jamesway’s Hatchcom software remote control feature at a computer console.

•	LED display with complete incubator/hatcher information, including system status for 12 different functions for an incubator/hatcher, comprehensive alarm indication, programmable audio and visual alarms.

•	Modular construction of electronic components for greater reliability and low maintenance.

•	Circuit boards can utilize optional fiber-optic connections for more reliable communication within the system.

•	Can be connected to Hatchcom for data retrieval and information storage.

PT-100 Machine Controller:
Circuit boards are interchangeable between the incubator and hatcher systems, with the exception of the program chip, which must provide an entirely different program in the hatcher and the incubator.
